I certainly wouldn't recommend trying this. The side effects of Concerta can be absolutely horrible... these include seizures, increased heart rate, fainting, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, tongue and throat. Really not a good idea to take a medication and look to get high with it. You could accidently kill yourself or someone else by doing this.
Do NOT do this.
