How much will my health have improved after two weeks without smoking?

I have not had a ciggie for just over two weeks what effects will this have on my health
Answer:
I read in a Men's Health article that the cilia in your lungs will have finally purged the tar out of hemselves by week two. By all accounts this will have improved your lung capacity by 40%. After that it really depends on what kind of excersise you do to improve it more. I would suggest some swimming and maybe even singing. Breath control when singing is very good for your lungs and their capacity to hold more air. Swimming is also very good for "training" your lungs like a muscle... Hope that helps. W.
it hasent ur lungs have still been damaged for how ever long u have been smoking and they wont heal but u should just totally stop

Probably not much at all. you need to quit for good. It takes about 5 years for your lung to regenerate.
You'll be going bald tearing your hair out.Plus pulling your todger more.Strange-But true.
It should have a very good effect...soon you should begin to breath better, you probably won't feel as tired. The only down side is that you'll probably be a little on the grumpy side from with drawl, and you might experience a little trouble going to the bathroom.and I don't mean pee either.
a lot -food starts to taste better and you will be able to smell better and save a lot of money instead of burning it
you will feel great, your taste buds will work and you will smell other smokers and think, did I used to stink like that? yes you did. Well done for giving up and just think of all the dosh you are saving.
