How much sleep is necessary to do a full day of work?


Answer:
Whatever works for you. Some people need 8-10 hours. Some are fine with 5-6. Or less. Or more.There's no set amount of how much sleep is required for a person to function. Everyone is different. You'll figure your sleep schedule out.

AT LEAST 8 FULL HOURS OF UN-INTERRUPTED SLEEP IS IDEAL.

about 8 hours. that what i get and i have ok days. =]
i sleep 3 hours a day and put in a full days work everyday. and i work 10 hour days , i feel fine
