Is it covered by insurance?
Answer:
The cost depends on your insurance.
Last year, it cost me $17 with my insurance.
This year, difference carrier, it's $40.That is a huge difference. And no, there isn't a "generic" -- not according to my allergist, anyway. If you find one, PLEASE post the info! But man, oh man, is it WORTH it!
***********************PS-- Benadryl is better than nothing and much more affordable.
check this web site www.zyrtecrewards.com you could get up to $40 in rebates on 4 qualifying ZYRTEC prescriptions filled by September 30, 2007.*
I'm not really sure about regular Zyrtec. I'm on Zyrtec-D. When I first started taking it about 4 years ago, I have to fight with my insurance company to get it covered. But I can tell you that at my pharmacy, a 30 day supply (60 pills) of Zyrtec-D without insurance would cost me $106.79.
